Falconer was born from experience.

After square careers in audit, banking, and financial services communications, the partners Sam and Jillian met as they helped launch and lead the nth Venture studio - which launches and supports employee-owned companies - with almost as many spectacular wins as spectacular failures.

After distributing a wonderful return to the partners and investors, nth Venture was converted into a non-profit to help even more entrepreneurs without owning all of them.

When they’re not volunteering at nth Venture to champion employee ownership and help aspiring entrepreneurs, Sam and Jillian use their technical financial & management skills and experience to make life better for established business owners.
